The Eastvalley Foundation is excited to announce that it is teaming up with Sally Foster to raise money for Eastvalley Elementary this Fall. Items for sale include gift wrap, gifts, chocolates, Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough and magazine subscriptions. The school will earn 50% profit on all Sally Foster orders and 40% on all magazine and cookie dough orders.
To purchase items from the Sally Foster catalog online, go to sallyfoster.com. Students can register in the Seller's section of the website to get credit for orders placed by their family and friends. The Eastvalley school account number is 507932. Online orders are shipped to the person ordering.
Students: Please remember to collect all cash and checks at the time of order and do not collect sales tax. Checks should be made out to Eastvalley Foundation. Orders without money will be returned. Your order forms are due Friday, September 4th and should include your name and your teacher's name. Keep the bottom copy of the order form to help you deliver the products.
Foundation Prizes: Sally Foster offers prizes for selling from 1 item up to 140 items. The Foundation is offering additional incentives. Every student who sells 12 items will receive a plush monkey. After a student has sold 12 items, they need to bring in their completed monkey coupon and put it in the coupon box in the office. These students will be called to the office during announcements on Mondays and Thursdays. Each child will then have their picture taken with their monkey and the picture will go on the Monkey Club bulletin board. If a student sells 30 items or more, they will be invited to a Banana Split Party at the end of the fundraiser. (We are allowing siblings to have a combined total of 30 items to attend the party).
Fundraiser Timeline:
- Tuesday, August 11th - Sales kits go home with students.
- Friday September 4th - Sale ends/Sales kits are due.
- Monday October 19th - Delivery Date- Parents will pick up before and after school.
