Eastvalley Counts on Change!  Currently, Eastvalley has one complete laptop cart for our kids to use.  They are equipped with fully-loaded wireless laptops and a printer.  They are used for such things as research projects, class writing assignments, whole group math activities, interactive websites to practice concepts/skills, online testing for math and practice for CRCT's.   We have 31 homerooms and, if you do the math, that means that each class has access to a laptop cart about once every 6 weeks.   Clearly, our kids don't have enough access to this valuable tool in the classroom!

Help the Eastvalley Foundation fill an empty laptop cart with 25 new laptops.  This Spring we are asking you to empty your pockets, your pocketbooks, your cars and your couch cushions every week to collect spare change to help us buy new laptops for our kids! Look for the bag in your child's communication folder every week and send in your baggie Monday mornings.

A little change can do a lot!
